For a free phone consultation regarding your child's speech and language skills, please send a 3 minute video clip of your child as they typically communicate.  Your child's face must be in view as much as possible for the duration of the video.

Please print out and sign the video consent form located on this page.  By emailing me a video for this consultation, it is understood that no one will view this video, aside from an LT Speech & Language Therapy, llc, therapist, without your written permission.  At our first meeting, the original printed and signed copy will be stored in the child's file.
